Jennifer just had twins a year ago! I have been training Jennifer with the Jillian Michaels Bodyshred 3-2-1 circuit training. Three minutes resistance, 2 minutes HITT and one minute abs. We incorporated TRX, corrective exercises, standing abdominals and light resistance. Jennifer has also been doing 60 minutes of cardio 5-6x per week and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
